If you’re working with other people, this app is fantastic because everyone has their own board and they can add cards to the boards that are relevant to them. For example, if you have an employee who works primarily on the marketing side of things but also helps out with content creation once in awhile, they could create their own board just for content creation and add cards there only when needed! This makes it easy for everyone involved in the project/organization
Google Drive is a cloud storage and file management service. It can be used to store files, photos, videos and more. There are many features that you can use with Google Drive including:

- Collaboration tools such as comments and discussions around specific files or folders that are shared between users.
- File sharing so that you have access to all your important information no matter where you are (or who has it).
Dropbox is a file synchronization and backup service that allows you to store your files on their servers, making it possible to access them from any device. This makes Dropbox ideal for working from home because you can work on a document or presentation in one location, then access it from another device such as your smartphone.

This is a good alternative to Skype because it doesn’t have any limitations on the number of people who can attend your meeting (unlike Google Hangouts). The only limitation with Zoom is that you need to pay $15 per month after 100 participants.
Zoom also has an option called “Screen Sharing” where you can share your screen so that others can see what’s happening on your computer without having to be physically present in the same room as you.
