🔧 Having Trouble Connecting?

If you're not receiving the 6-digit verification code:

1. Wait 10 minutes - SMS can be delayed
2. Check your phone number - Make sure you entered it correctly with country code
3. Request "Call Me" - WhatsApp will call you with the code instead
4. Check your carrier - Some carriers block short codes
5. Try on WiFi - Turn off cellular data, connect to WiFi, and try again
6. Restart your phone - Simple but effective

If WhatsApp can't connect to make calls:

1. Check your internet connection - Try opening a website in your browser
2. WiFi issues? - Restart your router or switch to cellular data
3. Update WhatsApp - Go to App Store/Play Store and update to latest version
4. Check app permissions - Settings > WhatsApp > Allow microphone and internet access
5. Clear cache - Settings > Apps > WhatsApp > Clear Cache (Android only)

If the QR code won't scan or eSIM won't install:

1. Check phone compatibility - Not all phones support eSIM (need iPhone XS+ or 2020+ Android)
2. Check for existing eSIMs - Most phones support 5-10 eSIM profiles; delete old ones if needed
3. Improve QR code visibility - Increase screen brightness when scanning
4. Manual entry - If QR won't scan, enter activation code manually (found in the app)
5. Update iOS/Android - eSIM requires recent operating system version
6. Restart phone - Always worth a try!

If eSIM profile is installed but has no data connection:

1. Turn ON the eSIM - Settings > Cellular/Mobile Network > Enable your eSIM
2. Enable Data Roaming - Required for eSIM to work (won't incur roaming charges on eSIM)
3. Select eSIM for cellular data - Settings > Cellular Data > Choose your eSIM
4. Toggle Airplane Mode - Turn ON for 30 seconds, then OFF
5. Restart phone - Helps refresh network connection
6. Wait 5-10 minutes - Initial connection after landing can take time
7. Check plan is active - Open provider app to verify activation

If you can't log into your NordVPN account:

1. Forgot password? - Click "Forgot Password" on login screen and reset via email
2. Check email address - Make sure you're using the email you signed up with
3. Check spam folder - Password reset emails sometimes go to spam

If NordVPN won't connect to a server:

1. Check internet connection - VPN requires working internet first

Can't log into Skype?

1. Use Microsoft account - Skype uses your Microsoft/Outlook/Hotmail email

FaceTime activation or call issues?
